| Footnotes | Ms. Lim Seok Bee ("SB") has been the Director, (Quality Assurance, Technology & Operations), Cocoa Ingredients Division, for the past 21 years. Since graduation from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in 1975, she has accumulated 37 years of cocoa ingredients industry experience. Prior to joining us, SB was Vice President, Quality Assurance, for the world's largest producer of cocoa ingredients products. SB has now been appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group's Cocoa Ingredients Division with effect from the 1st March 2012. As the COO, SB would oversee and drive the Petra Foods Group's quality, technology and operations globally. The role of COO would better place her to interface with her commercial, marketing and sales colleagues, and enhance her ability to contribute to new product development, customer development and care and ultimately in assisting the Chief Executive Officer in achieving success for the Group. |
