Delfi Limited Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2026
Delfi Limited (“Delfi”) will conduct this year’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM” or the “Meeting”), according to its Notice of Annual General Meeting issued on 13 April 2026 (the “AGM Notice”), in person at the voco Orchard Singapore, 581 Orchard Road, Singapore 238883 in the Vista Room, on Level 3, on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (for more information go to our AGM page here).

The AGM will be held in a wholly physical format. There will be no option for members to participate virtually.

If prior to the AGM, a member wishes to submit substantial and relevant questions, all questions must be submitted by no later than 10:00 a.m. on 20 April 2026 through email to delfi.agm@delfilimited.com. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further details.
