Cessation Of Substantial Shareholders' Interests

We refer to the annoucements made this evening (Annoucement Reference Nos. 00064 and 00071) with regard to the notice of change of interest of Lloyds TSB Group Plc and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership ("Substantial Shareholders"). Please be informed that with the sale of 2,000,000 shares as stated in the said annoucements, both the holdings of the Substantial Shareholders are now 4.957% and hence, they ceased to be the substantial shareholders of the Company.
