Date Of Release Of First Quarter Financial Statement Ended 31 March 2007

The Board of Directors of Petra Foods Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform all interested parties that the Company will be releasing its financial statement for the three months ended 31 March 2007 before the start of trading day on Thursday, 10 May 2007.
Details of the financial statement and the presentation slides will be also be posted on the Company's website (www.petrafoods.com.sg) as well as on the Singapore Exchange Limited's website (www.sgx.com.sg).
