Ceres, where he honed his skills in business development,
marketing and brand development.

years of experience in the quality assurance and quality
development aspects of the cocoa and chocolate industry.
Before joining Petra Foods, SB worked for Chocolate
Products (M) Sdn Bhd, in roles encompassing quality
control and production, and in De Zaan Far East (S) Pte
Ltd as Quality Assurance and Development Manager, and
Vice President (Quality Assurance and External Project
Development) in 1989.
