Appointment of auditors
The Group has complied with Rules 712 and 716 of the Listing Manual issued by Singapore Exchange Securities
Trading Limited in relation to its auditor.
(h)
Compliance with Rule 716 of the Listing Rules of SGX-ST
Both Audit Committee and Board are satisfied that the appointment of different auditors of its subsidiaries
would not compromise the standard and effectiveness of the audit of the Company. Accordingly, the Company
is in compliance with Rule 716 of the Listing Rules of the SGX-ST.

Review of the provision of non-audit services by the auditors
The Audit Committee has undertaken a review of non-audit services provided by the auditor, and in the opinion
of the Audit Committee, the provision of these non-audit services would not affect their independence.
